Payton Gendron appeared in federal court Friday for oral arguments ahead of the upcoming capital trial. The judge ruled that an overflow courtroom with a live video stream will be available for victims’ families and members of the public.
The overflow space is intended to provide additional access to the proceedings while accommodating the significant public interest surrounding the case.
